For swift-corelibs-foundation, the documentation states that it should be part of Swift 3.0 (providing the same functionality as the Foundation library). The swift-corelibs-xctest library is also expected to be part of Swift 3. However, my understanding is that as of now, the swift-corelibs-libdispatch is not part of the Swift binaries distribution <https://swift.org/download/>. We understand libdispatch is available on all Darwin platforms. However, we are wondering, is the plan to make the swift-corelibs-libdispatch at some point part of the Swift binary distribution for Linux systems?

Yes, this is the long-term plan, once we get it up to a point where we can integrate it into the stack and Swift apps can use it seamlessly.
