we see the different core libraries: swift-corelibs-xctest, swift-corelibs-foundation,
and swift-corelibs-libdispatch. For swift-corelibs-foundation, the
documentation states that it should be part of Swift 3.0 (providing the
same functionality as the Foundation library). The swift-corelibs-xctest
library is also expected to be part of Swift 3. However, my understanding
is that as of now, the swift-corelibs-libdispatch is not part of the </font><a href="https://swift.org/download/" class=""><font size="2" color="blue" face="sans-serif" class="">Swift

libdispatch is available on all Darwin platforms. However, we are wondering,
is the plan to make the swift-corelibs-libdispatch at some point part of
the Swift binary distribution for Linux systems? </font><br class=""><br class=""></div></blockquote><div><br class=""></div><div>Yes, this is the long-term plan, once we get it up to a point where we can integrate it into the stack and Swift apps can use it seamlessly.</div><div><br class=""></div><div>- Tony</div><div><br class=""></div><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div class=""><font size="2" face="sans-serif" class="">Regards,<br class=""> Ricardo Olivieri<br class=""> Software Engineer<br class=""></font><br class="">_______________________________________________<br class="">swift-corelibs-dev mailing list<br class=""><a href="mailto:swift-corelibs-dev@swift.org" class="">swift-corelibs-dev@swift.org</a><br class="">https://lists.swift.org/mailman/listinfo/swift-corelibs-dev<br class=""></div></blockquote></div><br class=""></div></body></html>
