Hello,

Looking at the repos on GitHub (https://github.com/apple), we see the
different core libraries: swift-corelibs-xctest,
swift-corelibs-foundation, and swift-corelibs-libdispatch.
For swift-corelibs-foundation, the documentation states that it should be
part of Swift 3.0 (providing the same functionality as the Foundation
library). The swift-corelibs-xctest library is also expected to be part of
Swift 3. However, my understanding is that as of now, the
swift-corelibs-libdispatch is not part of the Swift binaries distribution.
We understand libdispatch is available on all Darwin platforms. However,
we are wondering, is the plan to make the swift-corelibs-libdispatch at
some point part of the Swift binary distribution for Linux systems?
