<font size=2 face="sans-serif">Hello, </font><br><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Looking at the repos on GitHub (</font><a href=https://github.com/apple><font size=2 color=blue face="sans-serif">https://github.com/apple</font></a><font size=2 face="sans-serif">),
we see the different core libraries: swift-corelibs-xctest, swift-corelibs-foundation,
and swift-corelibs-libdispatch. For swift-corelibs-foundation, the
documentation states that it should be part of Swift 3.0 (providing the
same functionality as the Foundation library). The swift-corelibs-xctest
library is also expected to be part of Swift 3. However, my understanding
is that as of now, the swift-corelibs-libdispatch is not part of the </font><a href=https://swift.org/download/><font size=2 color=blue face="sans-serif">Swift
binaries distribution</font></a><font size=2 face="sans-serif">. We understand
libdispatch is available on all Darwin platforms. However, we are wondering,
is the plan to make the swift-corelibs-libdispatch at some point part of
