[swift-server-dev] Minutes from Wednesday's Security stream available for review

The minutes from Wednesday's Security meeting are available for review

The main themes were around:
Reviewing the work done under BlueSSLService and BlueCryptor to build a 
command API ontop of OpenSSL and SecureTransport/CommonCrypto
Reasons for selecting OpenSSL (vs. LibreSSL or other forks)
Needing to understand what, if anything, we need to do for 
certificate/keychain management
A general thought towards using a fork of BlueSSLService and BlueCryptor 
as a prototype implementation for focus on what the Swift API should look 
like.
