[swift-server-dev] Minutes from Monday's HTTP stream available for review

The minutes from Monday's HTTP meeting are available for review

The main themes we're around:
Proposing to work initially with the existing C libraries, so that we can 
focus time and effort on the Swift API surface.
The use of value vs. reference semantics for request/response, and the 
preference to reuse/share the types from Foundation
