[swift-evolution] Swift evolution proposal: introduce typeprivate access control level

+1 for a warts collection

-1 for abstract classes, though. There is a good potential to pull off the
same thing with protocols. Take a look at Scala traits. Make protocols a
bit more powerful and we get the same mechanics.
