[swift-evolution] Swift evolution proposal: introduce typeprivate access control level

Looks like it's time for a better tool to collect opinions (at least for this thread)… is there anyone who has a possible solution at his disposal?
(I wouldn't mind preparing something, but starting collaboration is hard, so I'd rather join someone with enough confidence ;-)

Personally, I'd prefer something that doesn't require a new account… I guess it's save to assume everyone has an Apple ID (isn't there something like "Numbers in the cloud?" ;-) or a github-account (it's possible to start a wiki there, which imho is better suited than a repo) — and maybe there are better ways I'm not aware of.
