I think the “Community Response” section should be dropped from *every* proposal. If the section is supposed to be balanced, the proposal’s author and chief proponent is the wrong person to be compiling it. If the section is *not* supposed to be balanced, it’s basically the open source equivalent of a politician packing the house with supporters.
