[swift-evolution] repeat loop enhancement

You can do:
(0 ..< count).forEach {
// Do something here
}
You can also easily extend Int for a similar result:
public extension Int {
func times(@noescape body: () -> Void) {(0..<self).forEach{_ in body()}}
}
