[swift-users] experimental conditional conformances flag

It works for me with Xcode 9.1 and 9.2 using latest dev snapshot (from
2017-11-28 and 2017-12-03), I
added -enable-experimental-conditional-conformances in Other Swift Flags as
you show in the screenshot.
