[swift-users] Cast CFString to String

Another workaround would be

    public init(uti: String) {
        switch uti.lowercased() {
        case String(kUTTypeText):
            self = .text
        default:
            self = .unknown
        }
    }

because there is a `String(_ cocoaString: NSString)` initializer in Foundation.
