Hi Bill,

Do you mean Swift 4.0?

Matt Neuburg has regularly released a book on iOS Programming Fundamentals
since iOS 4.0, with an in-depth coverage of language, core-frameworks and
tooling.

There's a high probability Matt is already authoring a book on Xcode 9.0
(Xcode version with support for Swift 4.0), and it should be released later
this year/earlier next year.

Matt's homepage is: http://www.apeth.net/matt/default.html#cocoathings
