[swift-users] 'REPL not exist' when Install Swift 3(RC3) on Ubuntu 14.04

Hmm..   I just installed swift on a Ubuntu AWS EC2 instance with no problem.  I installed the swift toolchain in ‘/usr/local’ and set my PATH as appropriated—no problems.  Have you tried installing in a location other than /usr/local/lib and *not* setting ‘LD_LIBRARY_PATH or SWIFT_HOME?
