[swift-users] New snapshots available! (and snapshot name format change)

Yeah, that is on purpose.
As per the Swift 2.2 release process
<https://swift.org/blog/swift-2-2-release-process/>, Swift 2.2 was branched
from the master branch on January 13
<https://lists.swift.org/pipermail/swift-dev/Week-of-Mon-20160111/000802.html>
and the master branch will be tracking Swift 3.0.
Binary builds/snapshots are available for both branches at
https://swift.org/download as per Nicole’s email.
