[swift-lldb-dev] Cannot use swift REPL from stand alone lldb build

Hi Rex,

I am seeing errors like this when using a custom built lldb on a binary
that is built with a different toolchain.

If your app is built by Xcode with its default toolchain, then debugging it
with lldb built from scratch will cause issues. You can build your own
toolchain and use it in Xcode to achieve parity.
