Brandon sent me a bright idea: we should rename precedencegroup to<br>
precedence. Compare:<br>

precedence RangePrecedence { ... }<br>
protocol IteratorProtocol { ... }<br>
<br>
This is not totally new, but Precedence suffix and comparison to protocols<br>
is what makes it shine. Anyone else like the idea?<br>
