The generic manifesto has a nice wordplay that explains the true meaning: <em>“<strong>Any</strong> type that conforms to … (all constraints) … .”</em></p>
<p>But someone might still think that this type awaits <em>any</em> type from within the angle brackets (something like <code>oneOf<A, B></code>).</p>
