I’m happy to announce that http://forums.swift.org is up and running!  I’ve posted a FAQ at https://forums.swift.org/faq and a blog post at https://swift.org/blog/forums/.  

After this message we’ll be shutting down the mailing lists, but as before, swift-infrastructure at swift.org <mailto:swift-infrastructure at swift.org>, code-owners at swift.org, and conduct at swift.org will continue to work.
