[swift-evolution] [SPM] Roadmap?

I think what Howard Lovatt and others are hoping is for SwiftPM to add the few platform-agnostic features which are necessary for the DT team to integrate it as a first-class dependency solution for iOS projects in Xcode (build settings, bundle assets, etc…).
