[swift-evolution] How much time is left?

Hi Swift community,

I’d like to ask, how much time is left for proposals that affect ABI aka. proposals with breaking changes until we cannot accept any new one?

There are a few proposal PRs proposals that affect ABI but haven’t been reviewed yet for month.
