[swift-evolution] [Pitch] Unify joined(separator:) and flatten()

vs
[["hey"], ["what"]].flatten().joined(separator: “”) // now
I do agree that having two way of doing it now seems odd.
[["hey"], ["what"]].joined(separator: []).joined(separator: “”) // now
