The last post in this thread is nearly a week ago... did you already apply for review? It would be a pity if this topic isn't finished, and I think a reduced variant that merely replaces "values: Int…" with "@variadic _ values: [Int]" shouldn't be a problem for Swift 3, leaving the possibility of adding all other features later.
