[swift-evolution] [Discussion] Enforce argument labels on tuples

I'm quite skeptical when it comes to enforce behavior (unless it's the way I prefer it anyways ;-) — and in this case, I think the carrot is better than the stick:
Leave the language as it is, but let the tools add the "right" labels by default (sadly, there is no thing like Xcode-evolution… ;-)
