[swift-evolution] Classical For Loop

Although it was my intention,
currently I am *not* considering making an official proposal 
for such a classical for loop because there is not enough 
interest, or so it seems. 

Also, because it should be imho obvious why
such a statement should be an integral part (as it was) Swift,
in particular for floating point iterations.
