They are in a newsgroup: 

  news.gmane.org:gmane.comp.lang.swift.evolution

That's how I do almost all my reading and posting.

Or everybody does ;-).  Emacs/Gnus can do it, and that's (albeit an old
version) already on your Mac, if you have a mac.  Thunderbird does it
too.
