[swift-evolution] Modernize Switch/Case Statements?

I often do something similar to:
```
[ UILabel(), UILabel() ].forEach {
view.addSuperview($0)
$0.text = "foo"
}
```
Never used it for single items though. But very useful for building
complicated attributed strings.
