<div>It seems to me the Swift is truly lacking core cryptography as part of the core language runtime. I understand that you can use CommonCrypto which is based on C but it would seem better to me to include cryptography as part of the core language runtime.
Languages like C# and Java provide these as part of their language runtimes.</div>
