[swift-dev] [Swift CI] Build Failure: 0. OSS - Swift Incremental RA - Ubuntu 16.10 - Long Test (master) #295

This could certainly be me, but it’s not reproducing anywhere else and ci.swift.org is down right now. These are all warnings, which are “fine”; the actual failure was just “Killed” for these tests, which makes me wonder if we timed out somehow.
