Hi David, 

We are only running ASan for macOS — https://ci.swift.org/job/oss-swift-incremental-ASAN-RA-osx/ <https://ci.swift.org/job/oss-swift-incremental-ASAN-RA-osx/>. 

Also, we have not updated any libraries recently.
