[swift-dev] PRs not triggering with @swift-ci

I am not having that issue. But maybe it is b/c I have github in my dns cache and the bots do not (even though I find that to be unlikely). Also when I look online, I see that the news reports are saying that the issue has been resolved.

Mishal/Doug, do you have any insight into this?
