[swift-dev] PR testing failing on test/IDE/print_omit_needless_words.swift

FYI I filed <rdar://problem/27495329> print_omit_needless_words.swift: flattened vs. flattening

I also disabled the test on simulator for now, so PR testing should be passing again.
