[swift-dev] [swift-lldb-dev] Proposal for Swift and Ubuntu releases

Hi Todd,

Do you have any updates on the move to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?  Is the plan for
Swift 3 GM to support 14.04 LTS and 16.04 LTS?
