There are some really big PRs in the pipeline this week (or however long they take). These are some of the ones I’m really looking forward to:

- [stdlib] Remove _StringCore from UnicodeScalarIndex <https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/3268>
- [stdlib] Significant UTF8/16 decode speed-ups for iterator nil-guarantee <https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/3287>
- [stdlib] Rewriting native hashed collection indices <https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/3046>
- Alloc stack optimization (for review). <https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/3289>
- stdlib: build multiple platform libraries simultaneously <https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/3316>

Some potentially massive performance gains and vital improvements to key areas of the standard library; I just want to give my particular thanks to everybody working on these!
