[swift-dev] [FAILURE] Swift Linux Package (Ubuntu 15.10) [#885]

Interesting, I am still seeing the Ubuntu 14.04 failing on the integration
tests:  repl/test-repl-glibc.py

Failure:

To be sure, this is a new failure I haven't previously seen when using the
"package" buildbots.  Can anyone else build on 14.04 from the ground up?
