Sorry, I wasn’t able to isolate it.  I reverted the whole block of commits to try to fix CI:

4b447e2 Revert "SIL: Fix minor nit in SILPrinter"
8563516 Revert "SILGen: Fix inout re-abstraction for default witnesses"
357d325 Revert "SILGen: Fix emission of default witness tables for mutable properties"
73e8193 Revert "SILGen: Cast the materializeForSet callback to the correct type when applying it"
5ca1c72 Revert "Add library evolution tests for constructor, computed property, subscript default implementations"
