[swift-dev] missing tag

I notice that the repo

https://github.com/apple/swift-integration-tests/releases <https://github.com/apple/swift-integration-tests/releases>

has no tag

swift-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2016-02-03-a

my build scripts expect this tag (since they check out the same tag across all repos).

Is it possible to get this tag?
