Hi Shaheen,

Please verify that you have two files in your working directory,
swift-<VERSION>.tar.gz and swift-<VERSION>.tar.gz.sig.  Do you have
the .tar.gz file in the same directory as the signature?  Could you
send us SHA-1 hashes of both files?
