[swift-dev] Develop apps with swift 2 on ubuntu 14.04 LTS x86_32 bit

There is a thread that Chris Lattner already responded to on this topic
(tried to find it be it eludes me currently). It might not be on this
exact mailing list.

My understanding is that x86_64 is currently the only thing supported.
That the Apple devs are not going to be working on x86 support, due to
lack of bandwidth and other higher priorities, and that the community is
free to provide it. However patches related to making it work on that,
and other, architectures are welcome.
