[swift-corelibs-dev] How to compile a single swift file from commandline

Hi everyone,

I am trying to compile a single file in the Foundation, ex: NSString.swift.
How can I do this from command line, I tried looking online for
documentation and was not able to find it.

I'm working on an OSX environment.
